Lever-lock - safe mechanism of blocking the blade. Folding lever placed on the handle is used both to open and to fold the blade. It is worth noting that all models of Mikov Predator spring knives, have a unique system of safe replacement of opening springs without having to disassemble the knife. In case of damage, the opening springs must be replaced with new ones (# 241-SPRING).
N690 - corrosion-resistant, high-carbon 1.07% (C), martensitic chromium steel 17.30% (Cr) with molybdenum 1.10% (Mo), vanadium 0.10% (V) and cobalt 1.50% (Co) for structural uniformity. Features exceptionally high corrosion resistance and long edge retention. One of the best tool steels in the world today. It achieves a hardness of 57-60 HRC. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.
Blade - Spear Point type, slim and extremely sharp finished impressively in mirror (Mirror Finish). The blade is made of well sharpened and durable N690 high cobalt stainless steel. Wedge back with false blade for increased piercing properties. Plain blade with Flat grind for good cutting and penetrating properties.
Handle - made of transparent Raffir epoxy resin. After machining and polishing the linings a unique, translucent, three-dimensional pattern appears with incredible depth and character. Headstock finished with a bolster made of stainless steel.
The case is closed with a clasp. Made of natural leather in black with embossed manufacturer logo. The scabbard has an attachment to the belt or to the equipment allowing to carry the knife in an upright position.
